Yes. We ship internationally with insured express couriers. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces need 10 to 21 business days before dispatch, including stone-setting, hallmarking and certification.

We work with 18K, 21K, 22K and 24K gold and 950 platinum. Options for each piece are shown on its product page.

We aim for accuracy, but screens display colour differently and close-up photography can make a piece look larger or smaller. Please check the stated dimensions and specifications.

Certified diamonds come with an independent grading report from GIA, IGI, HRD or IGA, and every gold piece is hallmarked.

Diamonds, rubies, sapphires and emeralds are traditionally called precious, and other gemstones semi-precious. Quality and rarity decide value, so a fine semi-precious stone can cost more than a lower-quality precious one.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Transactions exceeding AED 55,000 must be paid by bank wire transfer.

Gold is charged at today's BHIM rate for the chosen purity, with making charges shown separately. Your final price is confirmed at the time of order.

Orders shipped within the UAE are subject to 5% VAT, itemized at checkout and shown on your tax invoice.

Yes. Every order is fully insured in transit, and a signature and photo ID are required on delivery.

UAE delivery is complimentary on orders of AED 1,000 and above, and AED 35 on smaller orders. International delivery is complimentary on orders above AED 5,000.

Yes, free of charge, until the courier airway bill is generated. After dispatch, a change requires identity verification and may incur a rerouting fee of AED 50.

Eligible ready-to-ship catalog jewellery may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery in unworn condition. Bespoke, engraved and altered pieces and gold bullion are final sale.

Yes. Bring the piece with its original invoice or proof of purchase. After valuation you can exchange or upgrade it and pay any difference. Our Delivery & Returns page sets out the terms.

We offer complimentary lifetime care and cleaning, and a 1-year limited craftsmanship warranty covering verified manufacturing defects.

We offer one complimentary resizing within 14 days of purchase on models that allow it. Eternity rings with 360-degree settings cannot be resized.
