Throughout this website, the terms “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”, and “Aurelia & Stone” refer to BHIM JEWELLERY LLC, its branded fine jewellery ateliers, subsidiaries, and authorized retail representatives.

In these terms, unless the context requires otherwise:

• “Website” means the BHIM JEWELLERY digital boutique, including its pages, checkout, account areas, and associated online services.
• “Client”, “you”, or “your” means any person who visits the Website, contacts our concierge, or purchases our products.
• “Products” means jewellery, gemstones, diamonds, precious metals, bullion, accessories, and bespoke services displayed or offered through the Website.
• “Order” means a request submitted by you to purchase one or more Products. An order acknowledgement is not, by itself, acceptance of an Order.
• “Content” means the text, photography, product information, designs, trademarks, graphics, and other material published on the Website.

To use the Website, purchase jewellery, or engage in bespoke commissions, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence) with full legal capacity to enter into binding civil and commercial contracts under UAE Federal Law.
• Possess a valid, recognized payment method (credit/debit card, bank account, or recognized digital wallet) in your legal name or with express written authorization of the cardholder.
• Provide true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date billing, contact, and delivery details.
• Not be subject to any economic, trade, or anti-money laundering sanctions issued by the United Arab Emirates Central Bank or United Nations Security Council.

We pride ourselves on unmatched artisan precision. Every piece offered by BHIM JEWELLERY LLC conforms to stringent international and UAE precious metal standards:

• Precious Metal Hallmarking: All gold pieces (18K 750, 21K 875, 22K 916, and 24K 999) and 950 Platinum sold by us carry official hallmark stamps certified in strict accordance with the Dubai Central Laboratory (DCL) Bareeq verification standard.
• Gemstone & Diamond Grading: Natural and laboratory-grown diamonds above qualifying weights are accompanied by independent laboratory certificates issued by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), International Gemological Institute (IGI), or HRD Antwerp. Minor inclusions, natural crystal variations, and tonal characteristics are inherent properties of natural gemstones and do not constitute defects.
• Weight & Handcrafting Tolerances: Because our master jewelers cast and finish pieces by hand, individual finished items may have minor variations of up to ±5% in gold gram weight and gemstone carat weight from stated catalog averages.
• Imagery & Scale: Jewellery pieces are photographed with high-magnification macro lenses to exhibit detail. Please refer to provided millimeter dimensions, finger scale mockups, and carat weight specifications rather than photographic size alone. Screen color reproduction may vary depending on device calibration.

All pricing displayed on the website is denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) by default, with optional localized currency conversions provided for convenience.

• Value Added Tax (VAT): In accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax, all orders shipped within the United Arab Emirates are subject to the statutory 5% UAE VAT, which is itemized at checkout and indicated on your formal tax invoice. Investment-grade pure gold bars (99% purity and above) comply with statutory precious metal zero-rating regulations where applicable.
• Real-Time Bullion & Metal Rates: Plain gold jewellery and bullion items are intrinsically linked to live London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) and Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange (DGCX) spot rates. We reserve the right to recalibrate prices periodically to reflect global precious metal market swings.
• Pricing Errors: Despite our best efforts, typographical errors or technical glitches may occasionally display an erroneous price. If an order is placed at an obviously mistaken or miscalculated price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue an immediate, full refund.

When you place an order through our digital boutique, you follow these steps:

1. Select your desired jewellery, specifying metal karat, alloy colour, gemstone specifications, and finger sizing.
2. Proceed to checkout, providing accurate delivery coordinates, recipient contact number, and billing information.
3. Select an approved secure payment method and complete 3D Secure / OTP bank authorization.
4. Upon submission, our system generates an automated Order Acknowledgment with a unique Order Reference Number. This confirms receipt of your order request but does not yet constitute formal legal contract acceptance.

A legally binding contract of sale is only concluded when we formally confirm dispatch of your order via email/SMS and issue your official commercial tax invoice.

BHIM JEWELLERY LLC reserves the unilateral right, at its sole discretion, to reject, limit, or cancel any order prior to dispatch for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to:

• Payment authorization failure or security alerts raised by our automated fraud detection systems;
• Suspected non-compliance with UAE Federal Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / CFT laws;
• Unavailability of a specific natural gemstone meeting our strict clarity/cut standards;
• Systemic pricing anomalies or inaccurate product data entries;
• Inability of insured courier carriers to safely deliver to the specified geographic zone.

In the event of such cancellation, any funds debited will be refunded immediately in full to your original payment method.

Payment in full must be cleared and authorized before any jewellery piece is dispatched or custom casting begins. We accept:

• Major Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express (with mandatory 3D Secure 2.0 two-factor authentication);
• Apple Pay and secure mobile wallets;
• Direct Bank Wire Transfers (mandatory for transactions exceeding AED 55,000 to comply with UAE Central Bank AML guidelines);
• Approved Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) platforms (e.g., Tabby, Tamara) subject to third-party approval terms.

Security Guarantee: BHIM JEWELLERY LLC never stores, processes, or captures your complete card numbers on its servers. All payments are encrypted through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways.

Every shipment dispatched by BHIM JEWELLERY LLC travels with comprehensive, 100% full transit insurance against loss, theft, or physical damage up to the exact moment of verified handover.

Risk of loss and title to the purchased jewellery passes to the client upon the physical delivery and signature collection by our authorized armored or courier partner. A government-issued photo ID (such as Emirates ID or passport) must be presented by the designated recipient upon delivery of high-value consignments.

We want you to be completely enamoured with your creation. In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020), eligible ready-to-ship standard catalog items may be returned within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery, subject to the condition, packaging, certificate, and inspection requirements in our Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• The jewellery piece must be 100% unworn, in pristine brand-new condition, with intact security tags, tamper seals, original presentation boxes, and accompanying gemmological certificates.
• Exclusions: Bespoke commissions, personalized engravings, custom-sized rings outside standard inventory, and pure gold bullion/bars are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Ready-to-Ship Orders: You may cancel a standard catalog order within 2 hours of placement for an immediate full refund by contacting our Concierge team. After 2 hours, or once the package has been assigned a courier airway bill and sealed for transit, cancellation is no longer available and the request must be handled under the standard return policy.
• Bespoke / Custom Jewellery: You may request cancellation within 12 hours of order submission. After that point, or once 3D CAD designs are approved, precious metals are cast, or custom diamonds are ordered, the commission cannot be cancelled or refunded because materials and bespoke labour have been allocated.

BHIM JEWELLERY LLC provides a 1-Year Limited Craftsmanship Warranty on all fine jewellery pieces from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers verified manufacturing defects in structural metallurgy, solder joints, or clasp mechanisms. The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, superficial scuffs, scratches, or natural thinning of metal over time;
• Loss of gemstones or diamond prongs caused by severe accidental impact, snagging, or crushing;
• Damage caused by chemical exposure, chlorine, perfume, or improper cleaning methods;
• Any piece modified, repaired, resized, or polished by an unauthorized third-party jeweller.

Fine jewellery is precious, delicate, and requires conscious stewardship. Clients are responsible for following our care guidelines, including avoiding wearing fine jewellery during strenuous exercise, swimming in chlorinated pools, contact with corrosive household chemicals, or exposure to heavy cosmetic sprays.

All trademarks, registered logos, trade names, designs, 3D jewellery models, bespoke setting configurations, photography, product copy, and software code on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of BHIM JEWELLERY LLC or its licensors, protected under UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighboring Rights and international trademark conventions.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, commercial scraping, or reverse-engineering of our jewellery designs or digital content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under UAE and international IP laws.

When interacting with this website, you agree not to:

• Deploy automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract pricing data, imagery, or inventory details;
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or use stolen credit card credentials;
• Interfere with the digital infrastructure, firewall security, or server performance of this platform;
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Website, refuse an Order, or close an account where we reasonably believe that these terms have been breached, information supplied is inaccurate, payment is unauthorized, or continued access could harm the Website, our clients, or our business.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before access ended, including payment, returns, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing-law provisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, BHIM JEWELLERY LLC, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data loss arising from your use of this website, delay in delivery due to customs clearance, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

In all events, the total aggregate liability of BHIM JEWELLERY LLC for any claim arising out of or related to a purchased piece of jewellery shall not exceed the actual price paid by the customer for that specific item.

These Terms & Conditions, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your purchase, contracts formed through this site, and your use of this platform shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

Any dispute arising that cannot be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation within 30 days shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil and commercial Courts of Dubai (or the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts, where mutually agreed).
