01Shipping
- We cannot ship to military addresses, certain restricted areas, pick-up points or P.O. boxes. Our concierge team can advise on your address.
- Boutique collection may be available free of charge. We will tell you by email or telephone when your piece is ready to collect.
- If you order several pieces, we ship them together once all are available, unless we tell you otherwise.
02Delivery
- UAE: Complimentary on orders of AED 1,000 and above, and AED 35 on smaller orders. Same-day delivery is available in Dubai on ready-to-ship pieces ordered before 1:00 PM GST.
- International: Complimentary on orders above AED 5,000. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Timing: Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of payment clearance. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces need 10 to 21 business days first. Delivery times also allow for payment approval, address verification and security checks.
- Delays: If an event outside our control delays your order, we will tell you as soon as possible. If it has not arrived within 30 days of our shipping confirmation, or any other time limit we gave you, you may cancel and receive a refund for the pieces you have not received.
- Insurance and signature: Every order is insured until it is delivered. A signature and photo ID are required, and responsibility passes to you on delivery, including when a gift recipient signs at the address you gave us.

03Returns
Eligible ready-to-ship catalog jewellery may be returned within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery, unworn and with its security tags, original packaging, certificates and invoice. Bespoke, engraved and altered pieces and gold bullion are final sale.
Please report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 48 hours of receipt. The full process is in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
04Exchanges & Upgrades
BHIM Jewellery pieces may be exchanged or upgraded on presentation of the original invoice or proof of purchase, paying any difference in price. Gold jewellery can be exchanged for gold or diamond jewellery. Diamond jewellery can be exchanged for diamond jewellery only.

05Important Conditions
- Pieces exchanged within 30 days must be in original purchase condition, with no sign of use, and can be exchanged only once in that period.
- Damaged, soiled or customized pieces, and pieces without an original invoice or proof of purchase, may not be accepted.
- Used pieces may be accepted after our quality check, valued on our evaluation and the prevailing market value, less manufacturing costs.
- Verification and valuation may take up to 4 weeks.
- Charges we incur on the transaction, including card charges, are deducted from approved refunds.
- Certified diamonds must be returned with their grading report, or a re-certification fee of AED 550 (approx. USD 150) applies.
