- Custom Ring Resizing: Adds 2 to 4 business days for precision master goldsmith adjustment.
- Bespoke Creations & Made-to-Order: Require 10 to 21 business days of atelier craftsmanship, stone-setting, hallmarking at Dubai Central Laboratory, and certification before dispatch.

07Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United Arab Emirates:
- International shipments are cleared through customs according to the regulations of the destination country.
- Any local customs duties, foreign import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination customs authority are the legal responsibility of the recipient.
- BHIM JEWELLERY LLC declares full declared value and accurate customs documentation accompanying all international consignments as required by international postal and customs law.
08Delivery Attempts & Address Changes
Our courier partners provide up to three (3) delivery attempts before returning a parcel to our Dubai vault.
- Address Modifications: You may modify your delivery address free of charge before the courier airway bill is generated by contacting our concierge.
- In-Flight Address Changes: Due to strict insurance anti-fraud regulations, address changes after a package has departed our vault require formal identity verification and may incur a carrier rerouting fee of AED 50.
09Full Transit Insurance & Lost Shipments
Every shipment dispatched by BHIM JEWELLERY LLC is 100% insured from our vault door to yours. In the exceedingly rare event that a package is lost or intercepted during transit:
We immediately open a formal investigation with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package cannot be recovered within 7 business days, BHIM JEWELLERY LLC will either craft and dispatch a replacement piece with top priority or issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method.
